Dear ROSSI PARK guests,


We are kindly asking you to review and follow these guidelines: 


MASKS: Clients will be required to wear masks because of close contact in our business. All clients must have a mask with ear loops (masks that go around the back of the head will interfere with services). If you don’t have a mask, we will have disposable masks for purchase for $5. 


ARRIVAL: When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you wait in your car, our waiting areas may not be occupied at this time because of sanitation and social distancing guidelines. Please let us know you have arrived by texting/or calling the salon at 214-713-3929. When your stylist is ready, we will respond to you and meet you at the front door.

Due to the current guidelines in place, we do our best to keep capacity in the salon as low as possible. At this time, we ask do not bring anyone else with you for your appointment, those not receiving services will not be allowed inside the salon. 


INTAKE: All clients will be required to sign a COVID-19 livability waiver. We will be also checking your temperature. If you have a temperature of 99 degrees or higher we are going to ask you to reschedule your appointment. We will be asking you to sanitize your hands before beginning any services.


PERSONAL ITEMS: Please refrain from bringing a handbag or other personal items into the salon. We ask that you bring only your cell phone, method of payment, and any other essential items. Please note, cash will not be accepted at this time.


BEVERAGE SERVICE: We will not be offering any beverages or drinks during this time to avoid removal of your mask. Please drink plenty of water prior to your appointment.


SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please maintain social distancing, and remain a minimum 6ft from other clients. Our stations are spaced apart to accommodate social distancing.


MAGAZINES: We will not have magazines to read during appointments for sanitation reasons.


FOR YOUR SAFETY: All our staff will be wearing masks. We will be thoroughly sanitizing all stations, and tools, for each client; as well as wearing gloves, when possible, and frequently washing/sanitizing our hands. All staff will be required to check their temperature at the start of each shift and will be asked to remain home if they are feeling ill, or experiencing any symptoms. We will be sanitizing commonly used, high-touch, surfaces routinely, and our check-out system will be sanitized after each use. 


It’s a lot of information, but we want to be sure that your appointment is stress-free. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this unprecedented time.
