For years, demand for Joshua's trademark in-salon style and color expertise had him traveling between New York, Aspen, and Dallas. He has spent his career working as both a personal stylist and a session stylist for fashion, print and video production.

With an array of experience that has taken him around the world, Joshua returned to his hometown of Dallas to open Rossi Park.
He brings a progressive, on-trend attitude to the women of Dallas.

Specialized expert of cut and style
A native of Russia, Natalia earned a Master’s in architecture before turning her artistic eye to hair.
Her American career began at the Dessange Paris group in Austin. She moved to Dallas in 2006 and was a creative force at Jose Eber for 10 years. Her focus and expertise is in cut and style.
Her and Joshua met in 2016 and shared a vision of a hair salon that ultimately became Rossi Park.
Originally from Ukraine, Tonya got her start in the hair industry in 2013 after graduating from Aveda Institute Dallas. Her styling career began at Redken L’oréal. She worked there for several years before finding her way to us.
Her mission is to make her clients feel beautiful by creating looks that align with their personality.

Certified in Brazilian Blowout and Great Lengths hair extensions.

Joanna is currently attending cosmetology school to become a hairdresser.
